How will I receive my Los Angeles All-Inclusive Pass?
Once you have redeemed your Virgin Experience Gifts voucher for a Los Angeles All-Inclusive Pass, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to your Pass. At each attraction you visit, simply scan your pass at the designated ticketing area.
How do I know when the attractions are open?
As the availability for each attraction varies, your Pass confirmation gives you access to a convenient app that can help you plan out your trip, including information on open dates and times, addresses, and even directions!

Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Gifts.
Cancellation Policy
Once you redeemed your pass, you'll have 14 calendar days, to redeem each day that your pass is valid for. For example, if you have a three-day pass and activate it on the first day of your vacation, you'll then have 13 calendar days to use the remaining two days of your pass.
