What happens on the day
Buckle up and take to the sky!
Your action-packed adventure begins at the Kissimmee Gateway Airport, where you’ll meet your FAA-certified instructor. Together, you’ll go through all the essential preflight procedures and enjoy an intro to your unique aircraft.
Then, it's time to climb into the cockpit! While your instructor handles takeoff and landing, you'll take the controls mid-flight—practicing basic maneuvers and feeling the thrill of soaring through the sky. The 30-minute lesson includes about 15 minutes of flight time, while the 60-minute lesson gives you a full 30 minutes in the air.
No matter what, you’ll experience what it’s like to be a real-life pilot!

When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You’ll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions, and your experience with us begins!

Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.

Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Gifts.
Cancellation Policy
Once you have received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 24 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience. In the event that your tour is cancelled due to inclement weather, maintenance issues, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be able to reschedule directly with the experience provider.

Facility was very nice. Nicholas Cristobal was our flight instructor and he made me and my son very comfortable. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgable. The flight was amazing and he let my son do flight maneuvers. Nick was very informative and thorough.. safety was a priority. Awesome experience and we will be looking to schedule my Son’s flight lessons with them. Highly recommend!
