Whether you relax for 4 hours on a weekend (Friday-Sunday) or enjoy unlimited spa time on a weekday (Tuesday-Thursday), you’ll have full access to over 15 saunas, rooms, and pools.
Recharge inside a Himalayan Salt Room, Moroccan Hammam, a one-of-a-kind Snow Room, and more. You can even visit the Russian Grand Banya, the largest banya in the US. This unique, communal experience is a WORLD SPA must-do!

When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You’ll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions, and your experience with us begins!

Saturday and Sunday - 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM

Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Gifts.
Cancellation Policy
Once you have received a booking confirmation, no cancellation requests will be allowed. Rescheduling requests are allowed up to 24 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.

Beautiful location. The space is well attended to and very clean. The saunas are wonderful and there are many options with varying heat levels. The jacuzzi area however is lacking. The smaller pool with jets tended to spray our faces and hair. The separated standing jet area across from the smaller pool barely seemed like they were working. There was a slight pulse but it definitely did not have any pressure. The water temperature was kept warm but none of the pools would I say are hot. The restaurant staff was kind, but the system for service as a whole seemed very unorganized. Service was slow and despite waiting a long time to order or for our food to come, we did see staff standing around chatting with one another. There was also a lot of confusion with our food ticket and we were brought another tables order a couple of times. It was a nice experience all in all, however with so many other options out there, I will most likely not revisit.
Loved the baths! And the saunas. And the snow room!! Really didn’t like the people in the baths on their phones, even one person playing TikTok video while I was in the hamman. Signs in every room saying no cell phone use, but not enforced. Restaurant service was bad, drinks just sugar, very expensive. Check in and out very very slow. But the locker room was clean!
