Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement
For Fiscal Year July 1, 2025 – June 30, 2026 Virgin Experience Gifts (trading as Virgin Gifts)
Virgin Experience Gifts (“Virgin Gifts,” “the Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”) is committed to conducting business ethically and responsibly. We oppose all forms of modern slavery, forced labor, and human trafficking and are dedicated to ensuring these practices do not occur within our operations or supply chain.
Although the United States does not currently require a federal modern slavery disclosure, Virgin Gifts voluntarily publishes this statement as part of our commitment to transparency and responsible business conduct. This statement also reflects our efforts to align with the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010 (CTSCA), which requires certain disclosures regarding efforts to eliminate human trafficking and forced labor in supply chains.
Our Business
Virgin Gifts operates within the gifting, experience, and leisure services market in the United States. We take pride in maintaining safe, fair, and respectful working conditions and in partnering with suppliers who share our values and commitment to ethical practices.
Our Supply Chain Standards
We work with a diverse network of suppliers and business partners across the United States. Our supplier agreements require compliance with all applicable labor, employment, and human rights laws, including those prohibiting forced labor and human trafficking.
California Transparency in Supply Chains Act Disclosures
In alignment with the CTSCA, Virgin Gifts provides the following information regarding our efforts:
1. Verification
We assess potential risks of human trafficking and forced labor in our supply chain. At this time, we do not use third‑party auditors for verification, but we review supplier practices through our internal risk assessment processes.
2. Supplier Audits
We do not currently conduct formal, independent audits of suppliers specifically focused on human trafficking or forced labor. However, we reserve the right to audit or request documentation from suppliers if concerns arise.
3. Supplier Certification
Our supplier agreements require suppliers to comply with all applicable laws, including those prohibiting forced labor and human trafficking. We expect suppliers to confirm that materials incorporated into their products comply with these laws.
4. Internal Accountability
Employees, contractors, and suppliers are expected to uphold our ethical standards. Violations of our policies may result in corrective action, including termination of the business relationship.
5. Training
We provide training to relevant employees to help them identify and address potential risks related to modern slavery and human trafficking within our supply chain.
If we become aware of any instance of non‑compliance, we will work with the supplier to address and correct the issue. Continued non‑compliance may result in termination of the relationship.
Our People
All employees receive our employee handbook upon joining the Company. It outlines our employment policies, including those related to human rights, workplace safety, fair compensation, and benefits.
Virgin Gifts maintains a zero‑tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking. We expect all employees, contractors, and agency workers to uphold our values and report any concerns through our Whistleblower Policy.
To date, we have not been made aware of any incidents of modern slavery or human trafficking within our operations or supply chain.
Progress and Actions Taken
Over the past year, we have strengthened our approach to responsible business practices through the following actions:
Developed a Responsible Business Ownership strategy that includes KPIs related to modern slavery risk.
Published our modern slavery statements in a publicly accessible format to enhance transparency.
Created and communicated a formal Modern Slavery Policy to all stakeholders.
Introduced a training module to educate employees on identifying and reporting potential risks related to modern slavery and human trafficking.
Governance
This statement was approved by the Board of Directors of Virgin Experience Gifts on September 22, 2025. The Board will review and update this statement annually to ensure it reflects our ongoing commitment to ethical and responsible business practices.
