Your 2.5- or 3-hour dinner cruise begins as you step aboard a luxurious yacht, where your party will be guided to a private dining table. With spacious decks made for strolling and lounging, dance floors, and live entertainment, you'll have plenty of ways to enjoy an evening on the water.

Once you're settled in, it's time to dig into a delicious plated dinner featuring a selection of starters, entrées, and dessert. Menus are subject to change, but you may find dishes such as:

Local cheese and charcuterie
Starter salad or soup
Salmon

What to Wear

Business casual attire is requested. Attire such as khaki pants and a collared shirt are just fine. You may find that some guests are dressed more formally, especially those celebrating special occasions. However, attire varies from comfortable to the more formal. No jeans, shorts, tank tops, flip-flops or gym shoes are allowed. Bring along a light jacket as it may get a bit breezy on the outer decks.

You'll enjoy a premier plated dinner featuring your choice of starter, entrée, and dessert. Menus are subject to change but may include dishes such as: Honeycrisp apple salad, California clam chowder, pan-seared chicken breast, seasonal potato gnocchi, and chocolate toffee crunch cake.

What is the dress attire for the cruises?

Business casual to dressy casual attire is recommended. For men, slacks or khaki pants, and a collared shirt with or without a jacket; for women slacks, a skirt or dress. We request no jeans, shorts, tank tops, flip-flops, or gym shoes on these cruises.

What time do I board the ship?

Boarding time is usually 30 minutes prior to departure. Please check your boarding time on the confirmation email.

Are there vegetarian options available?

Yes, for dining cruises, vegetarian meals are available and can be arranged at the time of booking. Please notify Virgin Experience Gifts at the time of booking.

Are gratuities included in the price package?

Gratuity is included for the meal, but not on additional (alcoholic) beverages.

Is there pre-assigned seating?

As you board, our captain and marine crew will direct you to your deck. From there the host/hostess will show your party to your assigned table(s). Decks are never guaranteed to non-private groups. Seats will be assigned based on needs and capacity for each cruise.

Are there any age restrictions on your cruises?

There are no age restrictions and kids under 3 cruise free of charge. Please let Virgin Experience Gifts know at the time of booking if you will be bringing a child under the age of 3.

What happens if it rains?

The cruise takes place indoor and will sail rain or shine. In the case of severe weather conditions or upon the direction of the U.S. Coast Guard, we will remain dockside.

What kind of entertainment is on board?

The dinner cruise offers dance floors and a variety of music - from the dance hits of the 40's through today as well as a variety of jazz standards and popular favorites.

What decor is provided?

All yachts are decorated with linens, lantern centerpieces, silver and china.

Can I bring cakes and flowers on board?

Cakes that do not require refrigeration may be brought on board. You will be charged a $1.50 per person cake cutting fee (price is subject to change). Small flower bouquets are allowed.

Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.

Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Gifts.

Cancellation Policy

Once you have received a booking confirmation, all bookings are final. No cancellations or rescheduling requests will be allowed. Failure to appear on your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience. In the event that your tour is cancelled due to inclement weather, you will be able to reschedule directly with the experience provider.
