      2. How does Instant Digital Delivery work?

      Most e-vouchers are delivered within minutes after your order is complete and are sent to the email address provided during checkout.

      Yes. You can select a future delivery date during checkout. If they’ve got a birthday, anniversary, holiday, or another special occasion coming up, you can choose when your e-voucher is delivered. Simply pick your delivery date, and we'll make sure it lands in their inbox bright and early on the big day (7:00 AM MST).

      If you can’t find your e-voucher, follow these steps: 

      • Check your spam, junk, and promotion folders.
      • Confirm you entered the correct email address at checkout.
      • Give your inbox a quick refresh.
      • Search your emails for “Virgin Gifts” or your experience name.

      3. How do I resend a lost e-voucher?

      If you've got a Virgin Gifts account, simply log in and head to:

      • My Orders if you recently purchased an experience gift and need to view, print, or resend the e-voucher.
      • My Vouchers if you recently received an experience and are looking to book or exchange.

      To help us find your e-voucher faster, please include any details you may have, such as:

      • Order reference number.
      • Date of purchase.
      • Purchaser's name and email address.
