Yes. The ship can accommodate wheelchairs for early boarding. Please notify Virgin Experience Gifts of any special-assistance members in your party prior to the cruise so you will be provided with appropriate assistance upon arrival. Please note that there are stairs you must go up from the dock to the main sightseeing area that are not wheelchair accessible.

Cancellation Policy
Once you have received a booking confirmation, all bookings are final. No cancellations or rescheduling requests will be allowed. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience. In the event that your tour is cancelled due to inclement weather, you will be able to reschedule directly with the experience provider.

Wonderful cruise and enjoyed the tour of Mt. Vernon. The food offered on boat was not that good, especially since we didn’t have time to eat breakfast before 8:30 departure. Bagels were hard and dry!
