Amazing experience. Must Visit place.

I flew with Jim at Chicago Executive Flight School, and had an incredible time. This was truly a flying experience, as the student has the controls most of the flight. It was a real introduction and immersion into flight.

Excellent place and service

Beautiful location. The space is well attended to and very clean. The saunas are wonderful and there are many options with varying heat levels. The jacuzzi area however is lacking. The smaller pool with jets tended to spray our faces and hair. The separated standing jet area across from the smaller pool barely seemed like they were working. There was a slight pulse but it definitely did not have any pressure. The water temperature was kept warm but none of the pools would I say are hot. The restaurant staff was kind, but the system for service as a whole seemed very unorganized. Service was slow and despite waiting a long time to order or for our food to come, we did see staff standing around chatting with one another. There was also a lot of confusion with our food ticket and we were brought another tables order a couple of times. It was a nice experience all in all, however with so many other options out there, I will most likely not revisit.

the Ferrari broke down at the first turn on the third lap and I had to limp it in, I feel like I should have gotten a replacement ride.

The sunset hot air balloon ride was a wonderful experience. Our pilot, Shane, is very experienced and never once was I afraid. It was so peaceful and beautiful floating around the Gilbert/Queen Creek area. We could also talk to people on the ground when we were at low altitudes, and a lot came out of their houses to see us. The crew was great also, setting up the equipment quickly, and helping everyone in and out of the basket. Everything went smoothly and all was explained thoroughly to us as first time balloon riders. I highly recommend booking this experience, I want to go again!!

Big fun! Great crowd. Excellent service staff. Everyone was having a fun time. Food was better than I expected.

Amazing customer service

My husband is a huge fan of Gordon Ramsey as well as a good cook himself. He had such and amazing experience. The restaurant was clean and beautiful. The all around service was like a well oiled machine. We sat by the kitchen and it was amazing to watch. (husband's request) It was really a wonderful experience.

Nathan out flight instructor was amazing. An amazing experience and introductory flight enough to get one interested in getting a license. The booking experience was good as well. I happened to know the name of the flight school so was able to book a date earlier than what was mentioned. Virgin experiences gifts customer service were very responsive and ensured that we were able to set up the date we wanted.

Fabulous! The instruction was spot on, delivered briefly and with humor. All of us received individual attention, support and encouragement. The photos were plentiful and aptly captured the experience. Thank you so much!

This tour was really incredible and amazing to go on. Our pilot was great and knowledgeable and I felt safe the entire time. Bit of feedback would be the listing of the experience says it’s between 12-3pm but my pick up was 6:15am from my hotel, and I was back by 9:30am so I feel like we could’ve done the experience later in the day as the sun was blinding us from half of the trip. Also we had only 3.5 hrs from hotel pick up to drop off whereas the experience listing says it’s 4-4.5hrs so felt like we didn’t have as much time in the Grand Canyon like on the ground and having the picnic as I thought we would have. The picnic was also a little bit disappointing from the food perspective but the views made up for it. Definitely a once in a lifetime experience

Overall, we had a nice night- here are things that were great and not-so-great Not so great: Booking this experience was challenging as it was a multi-step disjointed process. I had to email back and forth with customer service several times to get the date confirmed and get any sort of confirmation email. And in the end it turns out I didn't get the correct confirmation. I received an email that said "PRINT AND BRING WITH YOU".... and when we were walking in the door I showed the woman my confirmation and she waved us inside the door to go up to the observation deck. Then I started seeing stations with scanners and I knew I didn't have a bar code on my observation deck confirmation - only on the dinner voucher that had to be booked separately. After walking all the way through the very long maze of historical museum like displays - and going through security screening - we got to a scanner and that person would not let us in and said we needed a bar code. Our group had to walk all the way back through the maze to go outside, walk down the street 5 doors and get someone to print out bar code tickets. Then when we came back to the observation line - there were at least 85 people in front of us for security (when only 10 minutes before we breezed through with no lines because we had a reservation time). It was annoying. and upsetting that I had picked the time to coincide with being able to watch the sunset. It was a picture perfect sun shiny day and would have been a beautiful sunset - except with all the run around we. never got upstairs until it was dark. That was the most disappointing part of the day. The "Great" part: Dinner was delicious. Service was excellent. Weather was picture-perfect Company was great. Views were wonderful.

I recently had the pleasure of taking an experience flight with Jonathan, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! A passion for sharing: It's evident that Jonathan loves what he does, and his passion is contagious! He made me feel excited about aviation and inspired me to learn more about flying. I highly recommend taking a flight with Jonathan to anyone looking for a unique and memorable experience. Whether you're a seasoned flyer or a complete novice, you're in for a real treat! The experience of flyling on the T-6 Warbird was incredible. The staff and pilot were all incredible. I will do this again as it was one of the best experiences of my life.
