When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You’ll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions, and your experience with us begins!

Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday - 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM

How does my Lightning Lane Multi Pass work?
Lightning Lane Multi Pass is your ticket to shorter lines at select Disneyland® Resort attractions and experiences. As soon as you enter a theme park, you can use the 'Tip Board' in the Disneyland® app to see available Lightning Lane attractions and make selections (one at a time) for your group. Once it’s your turn to ride, head over to the Lightning Lane entrance within your designated arrival window and join a shorter queue lane.
With your Lightning Lane Multi Pass purchase, you’ll also be able to create enchanting photos and videos with the augmented-reality effects of Disney® PhotoPass Lenses and enjoy unlimited Disney® PhotoPass downloads from the day.

With the 1-Park Per Day Ticket, you’ll have the freedom to explore either Disneyland® Park or Disney California Adventure® Park each day. No matter which park you pick, you'll enjoy a full day of exploring.
Can I hop between parks with my 1-Park Per Day Ticket?

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Gifts.
Cancellation Policy
Once you have received your ticket(s), all redemptions are final. No cancellations or rescheduling requests will be allowed. Failure to appear on your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
