What happens on the day
Welcome to the Salish Sea, one of the best places in the world to view transient orcas, whales, sea lions, and more!
Departing from Pier 69, this is the only Seattle whale watching tour that leaves directly from downtown. Enjoy a safe and comfortable ride aboard the San Juan Clipper, a high-speed vessel with 3 decks and plenty of viewing space. You’ll be joined by an expert naturalist who will help spot wildlife and share interesting facts.
Keep your eyes open as you cruise across the waves. If you’re lucky, you’ll spot the giant black dorsal fin of an orca or the tell-tale blow of a humpback whale. No matter what, whale sightings are guaranteed, or you’ll be offered a free trip!

Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Gifts.
Cancellation Policy
Once you have received a booking confirmation, no cancellation requests will be allowed. Rescheduling requests are allowed up to 48 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and reschedule at least 48 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience. In the event that your tour is cancelled due to inclement weather, maintenance issues, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be able to reschedule directly with the experience provider.
