Your supernatural adventure will begin outside the historic Orpheum Theatre. Built in 1926, this incredible theater is often renowned as one of the most haunted spots in the city. Legend has it that this building is home to several spirits including Pete the Projectionist and a mysterious night manager whose dangling keys can be heard jingling through the halls. While most of Pete’s appearances are relatively harmless, he’s also been known to scream and throw stacks of plates.
Discover another haunted theater as you walk past the Overture Center. Hear the tragic story of Timothy Hergor, a local magician, who hung himself from the stage’s lighting grid. Then, listen to gruesome tales at the Wisconsin State Capitol before exploring more spooky locations including the Hotel Loraine, the Wisconsin Masonic Center, the Grain Exchange Building, and more!

Tours typically focus on building exteriors and outdoor spaces. Occasionally business owners welcome groups inside, but this can't be guaranteed. Businesses and public places are open for you to visit during regular business hours.

Cancellation Policy
Once you have scheduled a date and have received a booking confirmation, all bookings are final and no cancellations will be allowed. Rescheduling is allowed up to 72 hours prior to your experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
