Your wild night kicks off when you step inside the Oglebay Good Zoo (after the gates have closed for the day!) You’ll feel like a VIP as a fun and experienced zookeeper zips you around the zoo on a comfortable golf cart. They’ll also provide you with state-of-the-art night vision goggles that you can use to spot nocturnal animals!
Perhaps you’ll see the glowing eyes of a maned wolf, the striped tail of a bobcat, or even hear the hoot of an owl. No matter who is out and about, you’ll get the unique opportunity to observe their nighttime behaviors.
Of course, not all of the zoo’s animals stay outside at night! Take your nighttime adventure behind the scenes and see some of the zoo’s indoor animal habitats. While some animals may be catching up on their ZZZs, you’ll be surprised at how many animals stay up after dark! Along the way, your guide will share interesting facts and answer any questions you may have.
