We had a blast at this workshop! Well planned, concise info peppered with some humor , Thomas and Skinny made us feel welcome and treated all the participants with respect as they encouraged discussion about the products we tasted.They described the process of distilling and offered further information about it when asked. They didn't overwhelm us with too much info, which I appreciated. Thomas and Skinny are friendly, polite, and easy to talk with and exuded no pretense whatsoever. Your 3-hour workshop kicks off when you meet your expert guide inside this one-of-a-kind distillery. Located along the gorgeous Seattle waterfront, Copperworks takes pride in using high-quality craft beer (without hops) to create fine spirits. The result? Some of the most flavorful, delicious, and innovative whiskeys around – and now you get to create one of your very own!
Following your guide, you’ll go behind the scenes and discover Copperworks’ distilling technique and maturing process. Then, you’ll indulge in delicious samples from 4 casks of fully matured Copperworks American Single Malt Whiskey. From there, you can take your pick and create your own unique blend.
Discover the secrets of blending and proofing before filling, labeling, and sealing your delicious masterpiece. By the end of your workshop, your 750ml bottle of cask-strength American Single Malt Whiskey will be ready to take home and enjoy.
