Get ready for an electrifying adventure as you climb to the top of giant Coastal Douglas Fir Trees!
Your epic day begins on Lopez Island. Located off the coast of Washington, this stunning and secluded island is accessible by ferry boat. Here, you’ll meet your guide, an expert tree climber with years of experience. Starting with the basics, they’ll show you everything you need to know about climbing safely. Plus, all of your gear is included. So, slip on your harness and get ready for some fun!
Once everyone is feeling comfortable, it’s time to climb a true giant! Depending on the group and climbers’ abilities, you’ll ascend 1 to 4 of the island’s tallest and largest trees. Each tree ranges from 100 to 200 feet tall – you won’t believe your eyes as you stare up at their massive branches!
Feel a wave of excitement as you plant your feet and begin to climb. Along the way, your guide will share amazing facts about the island and its unique ecology, plants, and animals. Once you’ve safely reached the canopy, you’ll experience the world from new heights – soaking up views that few have ever seen.

How many trees will we climb?
Depending on the group and the climbers' ability, you will ascend one to four trees.
What should I bring?
We recommend you bring a reusable water bottle, and snacks to enjoy at the top of the canopy and during the climb. Binoculars, GoPros, cameras and phones can also be used once in a secure location
Is tree climbing safe?
Tree climbing has intrinsic risk factors, like any recreational activity, but it also offers great opportunity. Safety is the provider's number one priority. Your experience provider outfits climbers with mandatory helmets, harnesses, safety glasses, foot loops and ascenders, all of which meet international climbing standards.

Cancellation Policy
Once you have received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 72 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience. In the event that your tour is cancelled due to inclement weather, maintenance issues, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be able to reschedule directly with the experience provider.
