Vista Class Seating: Vista Class is located on the upper deck and includes comfy leather seating and private tables/group seating in select areas.

- Felonies may prevent you from entering Canada
- Round trip ticket does not need to be used same day, feel free to return on any bookable date
- Both Vista and Comfort Classes are located on the upper deck and require walking up stairs
- The Victoria Clipper V can accommodate both standard and motorized wheelchairs on the main deck

Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.

If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. Cancellation Policy
Once you have received a booking confirmation, no cancellation requests will be allowed. Rescheduling requests are allowed up to 48 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and reschedule at least 48 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience. In the event that your tour is cancelled due to inclement weather, maintenance issues, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be able to reschedule directly with the experience provider.
