What happens on the day
Take your taste buds on an incredible international journey – no passport required!
In just 2 hours, you’ll learn how to fill, roll, and cut the perfect piece of sushi. With help from your expert instructor, you’ll make 3 different rolls: Shrimp Tempura, Alaska roll (smoked salmon, veggies & asparagus), and a Cucumber roll. Each roll features only the finest fish and sustainable ingredients.
Feeling adventurous? You’re welcome to mix and match ingredients, developing pieces that are uniquely you. Once your masterpiece is complete, there’s nothing left to do but dig in!
Everything you need to create stunning sushi rolls will be provided. All you need to bring along is your creativity and appetite!

When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You’ll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions, and your experience with us begins!

Cancellation Policy
Once you have received a booking confirmation, all bookings are final. No cancellations or rescheduling requests will be allowed. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.

The instructor was very knowledgeable and a good teacher. He was entertaining and made it fun. Parking was easy and inexpensive. It would have been nice to have chairs to sit on. We were also lacking sharp knives for cutting the sushi.
