What happens on the day
Experience the magic of mixing, melting, and pouring one-of-a-kind soap bars!
Upon arrival in Bellevue, you’ll receive everything you need to get started. With help from your expert instructor, you’ll learn how to masterfully melt your soap base. Then, it’s time to customize! Experiment with different colors and fragrances before pouring your mixture into a mold.
After 90 minutes of creative fun, you’ll carefully package each bar using adorable gift boxes. Surprise a friend or loved one with their own unique bar (or keep them all to yourself!)

When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You’ll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions, and your experience with us begins!

Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Gifts.
Cancellation Policy
Once you have received a booking confirmation, no cancellation requests will be allowed. Rescheduling requests are allowed up to 24 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience. Please note: For parties with 8 or more participants, rescheduling requests are allowed up to 5 days prior to the experience.
