What happens on the day
Grab your chef’s hat – it’s time to cook one of Spain’s most famous dishes: Paella! This flavorful rice dish features smoky chorizo, large shrimp, and fresh veggies.
In just 2 hours, you’ll discover how to create your own authentic Paella from scratch. You’ll work alongside an expert chef who will provide step-by-step instructions. You’ll also learn about Spanish culture and the history behind this incredible dish.
Everything you need to create the perfect Paella will be provided. Plus, all of the ingredients are easy to find in local markets – so you can show off your new skills at home. Your loved ones will fall in love at first bite!
Looking to liven up the party? A variety of Spanish and local Washington State wines will be available for purchase at the venue.

When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You’ll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions, and your experience with us begins!
