Experience true tranquility when you enter your state-of-the-art flotation pod. This 60-minute float therapy session is the perfect way to disconnect from the world around you and reconnect with yourself.
Whether you’re looking for a new way to manage your stress, alleviate pain, or relieve muscle tension, float therapy is a scientifically proven solution. During your session, you will float in an isolated, sensory managed private pod filled with soothing salt water. Your float tank, similar to a large bathtub with a lid, is filled with water and 1,200 lbs of dissolved Epson salt, creating an anti-gravity environment that allows you to float effortlessly.
After your float session, the self-care continues as each room is equipped with a luxurious private shower and personal care products. Fully restored, you will be ready to reenter the world. What to Wear
FAQs
Do I need to bring anything?
Just yourself. Towels, showers, soap and shampoo, ear-plugs, etc. for your float will be provided at check-in. If you have long hair, you may want to bring a hair tie and comb for after your float.
What if I’m claustrophobic?
People with claustrophobia consistently report no problems with floating. You’re always in control of your environment and can choose to float with the pod open and room lights on.
How is the water kept clean?
The highly sterile salt water is fully filtered three times between each float through a 1 micron pool filter (that’s 1/100th the diameter of a human hair!) and is sanitized with a disinfectant and UV light.
Are there any weight or size restrictions for floating?
The float tanks have been tested with floaters weighing up to 350 pounds who have been able to float without issue.
Are there any age restrictions?
Customers aged between 13-17 are required to have a parent or guardian accompany them, sign the release waiver and remain on-site for the duration of the float. Customers under 13 are required to have a parent or guardian sign the waiver and remain in the room during the float.
How do I prepare for the float?
For the most relaxing experience we recommend that you don't shave the day of the appointment, that you stay away from caffeine so you can relax completely, and that you eat a light meal before.

Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Gifts.
Cancellation Policy
Once you have received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 72 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your booked date may result in a fee.
