It took 10 emails to even schedule the experience because of the faultiness of their website and your website. When we tried to go on the experience, we were provided the wrong time period so we were unable to participate in the experience. When we contacted the company about the wrong time, they tried to blame us until we provided the written documentation that they provided us the wrong time. Highly will not recommend this experience. There is also no way to contact anyone directly and the pricing is not transparent.
