Located in the heart of Washington DC, ARTECHOUSE is unlike any art museum you’ve experienced!
Featuring cutting edge technology, advanced design tools, and a unique architectural design, ARTECHOUSE is dedicated to bending the rules on how we experience and interpret art. As soon as you step inside, you'll be surrounded by spell-binding artwork created by the world’s leading technology-driven artists. Plus, with seasonal rotating displays, no two visits to the gallery are exactly the same!
No matter the exhibit, you’ll discover what happens when art, science, and technology collide. From mesmerizing laser displays to interactive digital environments, each piece has been expertly and passionately crafted to give you an out-of-this-world experience. You’ll feel like you’re a part of the art!

When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You’ll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions, and your experience with us begins!
Year-Round:
Tuesday and Wednesday - 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Thursday through Monday - 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM
*Please note that November-December bookings will be for their holiday event

- Anyone under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
- ARTECHOUSE DC is a fully-accessible space
- Some exhibits may utilize strong lighting effects and loud sounds
- Exhibitions change throughout the year
- Suitcases, luggage, large backpacks, and bags larger than 16” are not permitted in the exhibit
- No outside food or beverages are allowed
- This exhibit changes every few months. Examples of past exhibits include Infinite Space, In Peak Bloom, Twilight Zone, and Timeless Butterflies.

How long is this experience?
Tickets are purchased for individual hour-long sessions. When space allows, visitors are welcome to stay past their hour-long session.
Is photography/videography allowed?
Photography and videography for personal use is allowed, though it is requested that you refrain from using flash.
Can I bring my bags and/or strollers with me?
Suitcases, luggage, large backpacks, and bags larger than 16” are not permitted in the exhibit space and cannot be checked or left with staff. Strollers are not permitted on the main exhibition floor
Can I bring food/drinks in with me?
To protect the technology on site, ARTECHOUSE does not allow any outside food or beverages inside the art space. Please dispose of any prior to your visit. Bottled water is permitted only in non-exhibit areas. No beverages are permitted on the main exhibition floor.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Gifts.
Cancellation Policy
Once you have received a booking confirmation, all bookings are final. No cancellations or rescheduling requests will be allowed. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
