Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.

Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Gifts.
Cancellation Policy
Once you have received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 24 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.

I wasn’t sure what to expect because the place looks very instagram friendly, and sometimes places like that focus more on the vibes and look than the food. Boy, am I glad to be wrong. The meal was absolutely delicious. My husband had his first uni ever and liked it! The other guests were nice, and the servers/hosts were absolutely delightful and friendly. We had a great time and were very happy to use the voucher we were gifted at our wedding for this evening. It’s not at all crowded, and it was nice to just hang out before and after the experience. Thanks to the staff working on 8/31/25! You truly made it a wonderful night. Hope to see you all again soon
We had Bou Omakase for Two with Unlimited Sake, but we only ended up getting one small glass of sake. The host was clueless. We finally talked to bartender who validated our experience but too late in the hour. Horrible experience. Would never go back.
