Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.

Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Gifts.
Cancellation Policy
Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, cancellations are not permitted. However, you are permitted to reschedule your experience up to 7 days prior to the experience. Any rescheduling within 7 days of the experience is subject to a 50% rescheduling fee. Failure to appear on your booked date or to reschedule in accordance with these requirements will result in the loss of the value of your experience.

The time of the tour was changed from 4:45 to 12pm the day before the tour was supposed to happen. On the day of the tour, my husband who was celebrating his birthday with his two friends, arrived at the location at 11:45. They waited until 12:30 when they fibally got a call that there was a problem with the bus and the tour was canceled. What was supposed to be a lovely day celebrating a birthday turned out in a very unpleasant experience.
