Working from your chef instructor’s personal restaurant, you’ll craft a mouthwatering five-course menu using fresh, high-quality ingredients. Start with a seasonal vegetable salad with herbs and a tangy vinaigrette.
Next, roll out homemade pasta dough for two unique entrees: garganelli or farfalle with your choice of sauce, and tortellini or agnolotti filled with artisanal cheeses and herbs. By the end, all that’s left to do is sit back, relax, and enjoy every bite of your incredible feast.
