Working from your own kitchen or in your expert instructor’s, you’ll craft a mouthwatering four-course menu using high-quality ingredients. Start with authentic Thai grilled pork (nam tok moo) tossed in a zesty lime dressing with dried chilis, rice powder, fresh mint, and red onions.
Next, stir-fry your remaining pork with aromatic Thai herbs and mushrooms to create a savory kapow moo. For your entrée, master a classic panang gai with tender chicken, creamy coconut milk, bell peppers, and Thai chilis. Finish on a sweet note with mango sticky rice, drizzled with rich coconut milk.
