Working from your chef instructor’s personal kitchen, you’ll craft a mouthwatering four-course menu using fresh, high-quality ingredients. Start with a delicious bowl of homemade hot and sour soup before enjoying a smashed cucumber salad with chili, cilantro, vinegar, soy sauce, leeks, bay leaves, and cinnamon.
Next, discover the art of making traditional steamed bao buns using homemade dough and filled with ground pork, soy sauce, sesame oil, and Chinkiang vinegar. Finally, you’ll end on a sweet note with tangy mango sago made with condensed milk and vanilla extract.
