In just 2 hours, you'll master the art of making fresh ravioli from scratch—from crafting beautiful dough to making a delicious filling, and everything in between. Your expert instructor will start with a detailed demonstration, then it's your turn to shine.
First, carefully roll out and cut your pasta dough before filling each piece with a rich blend of caramelized onions, mushrooms, and ricotta. For the grand finale, your instructor will show you how to make a luscious roasted garlic and rosemary cream sauce. By the end, you’ll savor your mouthwatering meal—and you might just fall in love at first bite!
