What happens on the day
Roll up your sleeves, it’s pasta making time!
In just 2 hours, you’ll learn how to make incredible pasta dough from scratch. With help from your expert instructor, you’ll use a pasta machine or rolling pin to roll out your dough until it's just the right thickness to cut into beautiful Fettuccine ribbons.
Of course, no pasta is complete without a delicious sauce! Sauté, stir, and serve up a fresh lemon cacio e pepe sauce. Finally, all that’s left to do is plate, garnish, and dig in!
Everything you need to create the picture-perfect pasta dish will be provided. Plus, all of the ingredients are easy to find in local markets – so you can create this tasty dish again and again!
