In just 2.5 hours, you’ll learn how to pipe, bake, and assemble a gorgeous batch of French macarons. Your expert pastry chef instructor will kick things off with a detailed demonstration, and then it’s your turn to shine. You’ll whip up your meringue, pipe out perfect shells, and bake them until they’re a gorgeous crispy-chewy texture.
Once they’ve cooled, it’s time to fill! From raspberry buttercream to blueberry jam, you’ll craft stunning, flavor-packed macarons featuring fresh, seasonal ingredients. No matter what you create, it’s sure to be love at first bite.
