Located in Bethesda, Maryland, Hope Floats offers a soothing, spa-like environment—perfect for escaping your everyday hustle and bustle. Upon arrival, you’ll step inside your own private room, complete with a shower, towels, toiletries, and a state-of-the-art flotation tank.
Inside the tank, you’ll float effortlessly in 10-12 inches of thermo-neutral water, infused with 1000 pounds of Epsom salt. In this unique, gravity-free chamber, your body will enter a deep state of relaxation, melting away stress and tension.
This calming experience can help reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression, while promoting better sleep, enhanced creativity, and your body’s natural healing capabilities!

When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You’ll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions, and your experience with us begins!

Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.

Cancellation Policy
Once you have received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 24 hours prior to the experience. However, all cancellation and rescheduling requests are subject to additional fees. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
