What happens on the day
Experience the sport of golf like never before! At CitySwing, you can practice your game, all from the comfort of a private simulator suite.
Your room will be equipped with the best golf simulation technology and you’ll have full control of your room’s TV and music. Choose to play a full course, set up a long-drive competition, or challenge your group to a unique mini-golf experiences that everyone will remember (perfect for all skill levels).
Plus, you’ll have the option to add on food and beverage credits. Fuel your game with shareable plates including wings, sandwiches, salads, sliders, and more. There’s also a full bar serving a variety of wines, seltzers, beer, and signature cocktails.

When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You’ll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions, and your experience with us begins!

Sunday - 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

- All ages welcome
- Guests must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid ID to consume alcohol
- Each food and drink credit is valued at $33 and on average, will cover 1 entrée and a beverage
- Players must sign a waiver at check-in
- Bring your own clubs or borrow a complimentary set from CitySwing
- All simulator packages can accommodate up to 4 guests

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Gifts.
Cancellation Policy
Once you have received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 24 hours prior to the experience. However, all cancellation and rescheduling requests are subject to additional fees. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
