The restaurant’s menu is inspired by Teresa Espinosa Moreno, a beloved mother, grandmother, and activist, whose passion for cooking has been passed down through generations. Now, you can savor her treasured recipes, brought to life by her grandson Rubén García.
Upon arrival, you’ll dive into a flavorful tasting menu, featuring classic tapas (small dishes). Enjoy a variety of authentic plates, including Teresa’s famous chicken and béchamel fritters, open-fire roasted eggplant, fresh fish, ibérico ham, and more. For the grand finale, indulge in two delectable desserts: lemon sorbet and goat cheese cheesecake*.
