Your 60-minute yoga sesh kicks off in Arlington’s Ashton Heights neighborhood. Upon arrival, you’ll roll out your mat before joining an expert vinyasa yoga teacher, plus a herd of friendly goats, for a truly unforgettable experience.
Designed for all skill levels, this casual class guides you through a series of yoga poses while the goats wander, hop around, and occasionally steal the spotlight. Throughout the session, the goats’ owner (who’s also a professional emergency veterinarian) will be on hand to answer questions and help ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for both guests and animals alike.
By the end, you’ll leave smiling, laughing, and feeling relaxed!
