If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. Cancellation Policy
Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, no refunds will be given but you may reschedule your tour with at least 10 days advance notice. Failure to appear on your booked date or to reschedule at least 10 days in advance will result in the loss of the value of your experience.

I had an excellent guide and wonderful food.
Our tour guide Olivia was very outgoing, energetic, spirited and knowledgeable. Highly recommend keeping the NY Diner, Can Can, and Bev's on the tour because of the unique historical presence, niche food offerings and delicious choices. I personally could swap out the the micro brewery and the dive bar. Zorch's was good. I think all in all, you guys know what you are doing and I rely on that to deliver a great experience every time.
