Your two-hour session begins with a 20-minute infrared sauna treatment. This groundbreaking form of therapy can help reduce sore muscles, boost immunity, improve energy, and more. Then, give your skin a radiant boost with a full-body scrub using a deluxe mixture of coffee and sugar.
