Your desert adventure begins with a convenient pick up from your hotel or accommodation in Kanab, UT. Here, your expert guide will welcome you aboard a climate-controlled 4x4 truck or SUV before heading out into the desert. After about 15 minutes of driving, you’ll leave the pavement behind and enjoy the thrill of driving through deep desert sands!
Following your wild ride, you’ll walk approximately 100 yards to the entrance of the Peek-A-Boo Slot Canyon. Admire towering red walls as you hike approximately 1 mile through the canyon. Squeeze through narrow spaces, navigate obstacles, and watch as the sunlight illuminates the sculpted walls in a fire-like glow! Along the way, you’ll learn about the canyon’s geology and look for evidence of the Native Americans who once lived here.
Next, you’ll drive west to the Red Knoll - just in time for sunset! At the top, you’ll be rewarded with 360-degree views of the Grand Staircase, Kaibab Plateau, and Zion National Park. Cancellation Policy
