- Drivers must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license
- Passengers must be at least 3 years old
- Anyone under the age of 18 must have a legal guardian sign a waiver for them
- Car seats are required for children between the ages of 3 and 5
- Booster seats will be provided for kids between 5 and 8
