Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Gifts.
Cancellation Policy
Once you have received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rescheduling are not allowed. Failure to appear on your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience. In the event that your tour is canceled due to inclement weather, maintenance issues, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be able to reschedule directly with the experience provider.

awesome food and great guide
I would give one half star if I could. While the guide was very enthusiastic, (almost too much) this is what we got for $150; two empenadas, about $1 dollar each, a shared hot dog about $7, a glass of ice tea about $6, ONE piece of pizza to split maybe about $8, one tamale each, maybe about $12 and finally a scoop of ice cream each, $ total 14, so I will be generous and round up to at MOST $55 of food for the cost of the gift of $150!!! We walked around on a chilly night with several homeless around. It was less than desirable. I would have preferred a dinner for two and In and Out Burger and the rest in cash.
