What happens on the day
Roll up your sleeves, it’s sushi-making time!
In just 2 hours, you'll discover the secrets of sushi—from how to prepare the perfect batch of sushi rice to selecting sushi-grade fish, and everything in between. Your expert instructor will start with a detailed demonstration, then it's your turn to shine!
Put your new skills to the test as you create three incredible rolls: spicy salmon, a vegan California roll, and a New York roll (just like a California roll, but with shrimp instead of crab). Of course, you’ll dig into your delicious creations as you go!
The cherry on top? Everything you need to create stunning sushi will be provided. Plus, all of the ingredients are easy to find in local markets, so you can show off your new cooking skills from home.
