Working from your chef instructor’s personal kitchen, you’ll craft a mouthwatering three-course menu using fresh, high-quality ingredients. Start with a delicious batch of shrimp dumplings (har gow) made with shrimp, ground pork, and homemade starch wrappers.
Next, practice the art of making traditional soup dumplings before creating irresistible Shanghai-style eggrolls with stir-fried meat and vegetables. For the grand finale, you’ll learn how to make boba pearls for homemade boba tea!
