My wife and I attended the Italian Feast in Verona class with Chef Danushka. The class was a gift, and we didn't know what to expect, but we had a wonderful time. Chef was a good teacher and had a fun personality. Her home was beautiful, and we enjoyed the company of the 4 other guests. We made a salad and dressing from scratch, 2 types of handmade ravioli in different sauces, and a pear/apple rum cake. All courses were delicious, but the ricotta and parmesan ravioli with brown butter sage sauce was the standout. Highly recommend the experience!

Discover the flavors of Northern Italy…one bite at a time!
Working in your expert instructor’s personal kitchen, you’ll craft a mouthwatering four-course menu using high-quality ingredients. Begin with a fresh arugula salad topped with scratch-made balsamic vinaigrette, then make dough for two types of ravioli: basil and spinach with a bacon marinara sauce, and ricotta and parmesan with a brown butter and sage sauce.
And for dessert? Whip up a homemade apple and pear rum cake with perfectly creamy vanilla gelato. By the end, all that’s left to do is enjoy every bite of your Verona-inspired feast.
With everything included, this hands-on experience is perfect for aspiring chefs, kitchen newbies, or anyone who loves a homemade meal!
