What happens on the day
It's time to put the pedal to the metal!
Your unforgettable day kicks off with a 20 to 30-minute classroom session. A professional instructor will teach you everything you need to know about braking, steering, and driving your powerful supercar.
Then, it’s time to race! Grab your helmet, hop in the driver’s seat, and feel the engine purr to life beneath your fingertips. Plus, an instructor will be in the passenger seat the entire time. They’ll give you real-time feedback and pointers on how to get the most out of both the course and your car!
The Lamborghini Huracan LP610-4: Take a seat in the most successful V10 Lamborghini ever. With over 600 horsepower, it offers both power and agility, rocketing from 0 to 60 in just 3.2 seconds!
Circuit of the Americas : Experience the thrill of racing at Circuit of The Americas (COTA), a world-renowned motorsport and entertainment destination located just 25 minutes from Downtown Austin. Their 3.42-mile road course features 20 thrilling turns and a 3854-foot straightaway -- it's the perfect place to embrace your need for speed!

When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You’ll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions, and your experience with us begins!

What are the requirements to drive?
Drivers must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license. Driver's permits, passports, and pictures of driver's licenses will not be accepted. All drivers must wear flat, closed-toed shoes (ex. tennis shoes or sneakers). You will not be permitted to drive if you are wearing sandals or heels.
Do I need to know how to drive manual transmission?
All of the supercars are equipped with a semi-automatic transmission and drive just like your automatic car.
What track insurance policy is included?
This experience includes a basic insurance policy with $20,000 of coverage and a $6,000 deductible. You are welcome to upgrade your insurance policy on the day of your experience.
Do I need any previous racing experience?
No. This experience gives drivers of all skill levels the opportunity to race their dream car!
How fast will I go?
Maximum speeds depend on your comfort and skill level, as well as the track's length and configuration. Trust us, you'll not only get your need for speed, but you'll also get to experience the finesse of this renowned supercar!
Can I use my own GoPro or drone at the track?
No. Personal cameras have the chance of falling, so they can’t be mounted or attached to the vehicle, driver, or rider. Drones are not allowed per racetrack’s rules. However, there are multiple photo/video options available for purchase on the day of your experience.
Can I bring a passenger?
No. The supercars are two-seat vehicles and your passenger will be a professional driving instructor who is there to help guide you safely on the track, but to also push your driving skills to the limit!
Who should avoid participating in this experience?
This experience may not be suitable for individuals who:
Have pre-existing health conditions that could be distressed by G-Forces and high speeds
Are pregnant
Have high blood pressure
Are prone to motion sickness
Have heart/neck/back issues
Have had recent surgery/a medical condition which could be aggravated
Are hearing impaired
Have prosthetic/casted arms, neck, legs, hands, or feet

Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Gifts.
Cancellation Policy
Once you have scheduled a date and have received a booking confirmation, all bookings are final and no rescheduling or cancellations will be allowed. Failure to appear on your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.

Small track could not go very fast. A bit overpriced for the experience. Limited viewing prevented photo opportunities for family.

Hello Richard, I appreciate you taking the time to respond with notes regarding your Driving Experience, although I am sorry to hear that it was not the 5 -Star Experience that it was intended to be or that the experience itself was over-priced. The track at Driveway Austin is known for its signature corners and extreme elevation changes. With over 20 turns, the track is built for drivers to focus more on improving skills such as how to navigate the apex, accelerate and brake quickly around turns in such a powerful car, rather than just top speed. With regards to viewing areas, all tracks are unique and unfortunately, some have more significant viewing areas than others, but in general they are inherently challenging for viewing due to their layout (and access). That said, I do hope that your family was able to get a few great shots, and enjoyed the atmosphere of getting to be at a racetrack. However, in addition to spectator pictures, the Xtreme Xperience does provide a professional photograph if that’s of interest. If so, just visit website and click on "Media" in the top right corner, then on "Event Photos." The website will then prompt you to click on your respective course and date, then your car and your photo will be in the album. It looks as if the photos from this past weekend have not yet been published. Photos are usually available a week after your event. Please note that Cloud 9 Living does offer other racing experiences in Texas, at a track that has a significantly longer straight away and that is meant for the speedy thrill seekers out there should you be interested! In hopes you might give it a try, I’ve placed $50 in your Cloud 9 Living account and I am happy to answer any questions that you may have to ensure that the track is a perfect fit for you!
