What happens on the day
No plane, no parachute, no problem! Fly, free fall and plummet through the air without any risk. This iFly indoor skydiving experience takes place in a state-of-the-art vertical wind tunnel, where you’ll float weightlessly on a cushion of air in totally safe surroundings. But just because it’s safe, doesn’t mean your heart won’t be racing.
Slip on your flight suit, strap on your helmet, and adjust your protective goggles for an adventure of a lifetime. Your experienced and accredited instructor will lead you through a training session, where you’ll learn things like body positions and hand signals that will help you get the most out of your flight. And then it’s time to step into the wind.
Your instructor will be by your side to offer tips and pointers as the tunnel fills with rushing wind and you're lifted off your feet. Hover above the ground and spin through the air before touching back down on solid ground. Then, catch your breath and get ready to fly again.

When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You’ll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions, and your experience with us begins!
Year-Round:

Essential Information
- If participant's weight is between 260-300 lbs., you must bring this to the attention of an iFLY representative upon check in for your flight reservations, additional evaluation by local staff will be required to determine if the participant can be accommodated
- Must be in good physical condition with no medical history of heart, neck or back problems and must not have previous shoulder dislocations
- For safety reasons women who are pregnant should not fly
- All participants must be at least 3 years of age and those under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign a consent waiver

Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Gifts.
Cancellation Policy
Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, no refunds will be given. Rescheduling is allowed up to 72 hours prior to your experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.

Incredible!
The check in staff were most friendly! The man who gave my son his training and went inside the tunnel was most friendly! One person was a bit rude... Our flight was at 1PM, so at ten minutes after, I went to the desk where people get their flight suits and asked if my son was supposed to be somewhere else, other than sitting in the audience. He rudely asked what time his flight was and I told him, and then he said he had no idea; he asked for his ticket, then said, "He's not mine, go ask him," and pointed to the instructor that worked with us. I was never rude to him. I just did not want my son to miss his flight time, because iFly was so adamant that we not be late or we would miss out turn. It was our first time there, and we didn't know if we would be called for the flight or if he should get in a line somewhere. Other than that, we absolutely LOVED everything! My son has thanked me about 65,748,383 times for taking him. It was a birthday present, and he didn't know about it until we pulled into the parking lot. We drove in from Killeen to do this, and called iFly when we got lost, and the staff on the phone were helpful in getting us to your location. Thanks and we will definitely be back!!!!!
