What happens on the day
Look underneath the rug or sift through bookshelves to reveal hidden clues that will help you and your team solve a challenging puzzle. Perfect for family night-out, date nights, or corporate team building, escape rooms require teamwork, speed, creativity, and patience!
It is recommended that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your experience in order to prepare and learn about your upcoming mission. You and your team will then assemble in a themed room and will have 60 minutes to attempt to solve the puzzle and escape the room. Whether the mission is a success or failure, your team will regroup after to debrief and take photos!
Located in the center of the fun and exciting Austin downtown area, you can choose from 5 different escape rooms all presenting different themes, challenges, and puzzles!
Gold Rush - For nearly 2 centuries, the hope of gold has lured people to the hills of Northern California. No one was captivated more than Clyde Hamilton, a greedy gold prospector who loved to gamble. Clyde made too many bets with the wrong crowd and now he's missing. You've been tipped off to where he stashed his gold... but so has the mob. Find it first! (Difficulty: 7/10)
Prison Break - The year is 1955. You've been wrongfully accused of a crime and sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole. Your new home is a cell that once belonged to an inmate who disappeared without a trace. Some claim he escaped, while others swear he was murdered by the warden. Nobody knows what happened... can you escape before you suffer the same fate? (Difficulty: 9/10)
The Heist - Your world-class espionage outfit has landed you inside a prestigious art museum. A recently stolen masterpiece is presumed hidden within the office of the museum's egotistical curator, Vincent Hahn. With the help of your intelligence agent on the outside, you have 1 hour to find your way into Hahn's office, recover the painting, and slip away before Hahn returns. (Difficulty: 8/10)

Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You’ll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions, and your experience with us begins!

- Parking can be found in the Austin Convention Center parking garage
- Any participants under the age of 18 will need an adult to sign their waiver
- Alcohol is strictly prohibited on the premises

Will I be with other players?
Yes, depending on the capacity of the room, you will be accompanied by other participants during this experience.
Am I actually going to be locked inside the room?
Yes and no. You will be in a room with a locked door but every door is equipped with an exit button. Should you feel the need to leave the room, you are welcome to do so at any time.
Is there an age limit?
It is recommended that the escape games are for ages 13 and up. Younger players are allowed, but some of the game content may be too difficult for them. An adult, 18 or older, must participate with anyone that is 14 and under. Also, any participants under the age of 18 will need an adult to sign their waiver.
Can I bring food or drink into the games?
No food or drink is allowed inside the escape rooms. Alcohol is strictly prohibited on the premises.

Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Gifts.
Cancellation Policy
Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, cancellations are allowed up to 72 hours prior to your experience at no charge. Once you are within 72 hours of your experience, cancellations are not allowed and failure to appear on your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience. Rescheduling is allowed anytime before your reservation.
