What happens on the day
Step onto a floating paddleboard and get ready to experience one of Memphis’ most unique and inspiring yoga classes!
Your 90-minute yoga class will begin with a brief safety discussion and will cover any questions you may have. If you are already familiar with paddleboarding, you can take this time to explore the lake on your own before class begins.
Once everyone is feeling comfortable on their boards, you’ll be led into one of the most unique yoga studios in all of Memphis: the middle of Hyde Lake! Your certified instructor will show you how to embrace the movement of the water and before you know it, you’ll be moving into your first yoga pose.
Breathe in and enjoy unparalleled views of Shelby Farms Park while completing a slow warm-up. Allow your mind to enter a meditative state as you stretch and harmonize your movements with the gentle waves beneath you. Your instructor will lead you through several sun salutations, balance postures, and other poses before finishing with a relaxing cool-down. Let your fingers trail through the cool water, soak up the sun’s warmth, then glide back to shore.
Whether you’re in downward dog or standing tall in tree pose, you’ll be treated to a one-of-a-kind experience with this exciting Stand-Up Paddleboard Yoga Lesson!

When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You’ll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions, and your experience with us begins!

FAQs
Do I need stand-up paddleboarding experience?
No! This class is suitable for all skill levels. However, participants should know how to swim.
What should I bring?
Bring sunscreen, sunglasses, a towel, water, and fast drying clothing.
What happens if I fall of my board?
You'll be surprised at how easy it is to balance on your paddleboard and the chances of you falling off is pretty slim. However, if you do fall in, don't worry! You'll be instantly cheered up by your instructor who will help you get back onto your board. Besides, the water is a great place to cool off!
Is there free parking?
Yes! There is plenty of parking near the launch site.
What can I expect during this class?
You can expect to have a great time with friendly people and knowledgeable instructors. The goal is to have an amazing time while practicing yoga on a stand-up paddleboard.

Cancellation Policy
Once you have received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 24 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience. In the event that your tour is cancelled due to inclement weather, you will be able to reschedule directly with the experience provider.
