What happens on the day
Imagine staring into the faces of 4 of America’s presidents, all masterfully carved into a massive granite slab, before slowly driving through a herd of grunting bison. Experience all of this and so much more during this incredible driving tour through the Black Hills!
Your epic journey will begin with a convenient pick-up from your hotel or another local establishment. You’ll board a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle where you will meet your professional guide before hitting the road.
First stop, Mt. Rushmore! This impressive landmark was carved using dynamite and a technique known as “honeycombing”. Spend some time at the Visitors Center, then make your way to the Grand Overlook and along the Presidential Trail.
Wave goodbye to the presidents as you drive the stunning Iron Mountain Road and into Custer State Park. Enjoy the perks of a small, private tour as you venture onto the park’s Wildlife Loop Road, a road that is not accessible by large tour buses. Discover beautiful granite peaks, open grasslands, and incredible wildlife such as the American bison.
Feast on a delicious picnic lunch before driving through the Needle’s Eye Tunnel and past Sylvan Lake. Finally, view the remarkable Crazy Horse Memorial, the world’s largest mountain carving that pays tribute to the Lakota Native Americans.

Cancellation Policy
Once you have received a booking confirmation, cancellations are allowed up to 14 days prior to the experience. Rescheduling is allowed up to 7 days prior to your reservation. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and reschedule at least 7 days prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience. In the event that your tour is cancelled due to inclement weather, you will be able to reschedule directly with the experience provider.
