Your 90-minute tour will start when you meet up with your professional guide in the heart of Charleston's Haunted Historic District. Walk past the city’s oldest building, the Pink House, and learn about its seedy history. Before moving on, snap a few photos of the house’s windows. You just never know who might show up.
Next, follow your guide to the city’s infamous haunted Exchange Building. Built in the late 1700s, this iconic structure is said to house a number of poltergeists. You might feel a shiver run down your spine as your guide shares reports of dancing orbs, cold spots, and full-body apparitions.
Explore even more eerie locations before making your way to the Powder Magazine. Known as one of the smallest haunted buildings in Charleston, this structure was originally built by British colonists to house guns and ammunition. Cancellation Policy
Once you have scheduled a date and have received a booking confirmation, all bookings are final and no cancellations will be allowed. Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours prior to your experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
