What happens on the day

Using your smartphone, you’ll complete fun riddles and personally curated clues while exploring the town’s hidden gems. Each clue will take you inside local shops where you’ll gather the perfect picnic spread, bit by bit. Along the way, you’ll experience the best of East Allegheny – think open nature parks, historic architecture, and delectable cuisine.
Finally, you’ll arrive at a picturesque picnic spot. Bring a blanket, or settle in the grass, as you enjoy a delicious array of traditional picnic foods – from artisan meats and cheeses to locally sourced produce and more. And the cherry on top? Some packages even include a bottle of red or white wine!
The fun doesn’t end there! In between stops, your phone will keep you both entertained with fun games and conversation starters.
