What happens on the day
Want to meet some fascinating animals and howl with the wolf pack? On this VIP White Wolf Sanctuary Tour, you’ll have the chance to get up close to these mesmerizing creatures!
Located only ten miles from Highway 101 on Oregon’s rugged coast, your 2.5-hour tour begins on a dirt road off of Alsea Highway and the scenic Alsea River. You’ll be escorted in your own vehicle to the top of the mountain for an exciting and interactive presentation about the natural world, wild ravens, and wolves and their place as apex predators.
Next, enjoy a guided hike around the sanctuary as you visit each wolf’s habitat and learn their individual stories. Along the way, don’t be surprised if the coastal mist rolls in through the trees and adds a little magic to the moment. Listen for the sound of ravens and the song of the wolves through the mist. Then at the end of the tour, you’ll enjoy refreshments and great conversation as you swap stories about your wolf encounter.
