What happens on the day
Take your problem solving skills to the next level as you navigate the numerous obstables during this exhilarating canopy tour!
Your aerial adventure will begin by attending a group orientation where you will learn the park's safety protocols, how to safely latch and release carabiners, as well as what to expect once on the course. Your experienced instructors will then take you to be outfitted with your state-of-the-art safety equipment. Once comfortably in your harness and helmet it is time to hit the course!
Over the next 3 hours, you will be free to explore the 6 unique sections of this course however your like. It's up to you how you want to spend your time and utilize the over 60 challenging elements. With Tarzan swings, balance beams, ladders, wobbly bridges, tight ropes and more, you are sure to put your mind and body to the ultimate test. Your guides will be out there on the course and ready to assist you if any obstacle stumps you, though that is half the fun. Once you have conquered the obstacle course, get ready to head to the 2 hour zip line portion of your adventure. After a short hike, prepare to soar, as instructors clasp you onto the zip line. Enjoy the views of Hagg Lake as the wind blows through your hair!

- Participants must be at least 7 years of age for access to the beginner park
- Particiapants must be at least 10 years of age for access to the advanced park
- All participants must be able to reach up to 5 feet
- Participants must weigh between 75-300 pounds for the aerial adventure course
- Participants must weigh between 75-250 pounds for the zip line
- Those under 18 years of age must have a participant agreement signed by a parent or legal guardian
- Participation is not advised for individuals who are pregnant or with pre-existing medical conditions

Is this experience weather dependent?
This experience is great in all weather conditions. Rain only adds to the fun! In the event that they do have to close the course due to lightning or extreme weather conditions, you will be able to reschedule directly with the experience provider.
Are there any age or weight restrictions?
Yes, and it's a bit complicated. Are you ready? All participants must meet ALL of the below criteria: *Age - Participants must be at least 10 years old to access the advanced park and 7 years old to access the beginner park (first 4 courses). *Weight - All participants must weigh between 75-300 pounds for the aerial adventure course and 75-250 pounds for the zip lines *Height - All participants must be able to reach up to 5 feet in order to participate
Will water be available?
Yes, water bottles are available for purchase at the welcome center, as well as a water spigot for drinking and refilling water bottles.
Will there be storage available?
Smaller items, such as keys, can be kept in the experience provider's welcome cabin. You are encouraged to leave larger items and/or valuables at home or safely in your cars.
Are there restrooms on site?
There are bathrooms on site which are available for changing before or after you complete the course.

Cancellation Policy
Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 72 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel/reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
